To support caring, inclusive and enduring Jewish Communities.
Caring for Jews in Need
If we don’t take care of our community who will?
Because we believe it is our responsibility, the Federation leverages the strength of our community to provide aid for Jews in need. The well-being of Jewish seniors is a core priority.
Our work also includes seeing to daily necessities for those in need, connecting people to the skills and services necessary to be self-sufficient, and ensuring children with special needs and others at-risk have their needs met and can participate in Jewish life.
Ensuring the Jewish Future
The future is built on what we do today, so the Federation creates opportunities for people of all ages to participate in and celebrate Jewish life and to connect with the community and with Israel.

Engaging and Mobilizing our Community
We mobilize our community to pursue an inclusive society that reflects the best of American and Jewish values, a strong Jewish future and a safe and vibrant Israel. We advocate for major public policy issues at the local, state and federal levels.
Helping Jews Overseas
Many Jews overseas lead lives much more difficult than our own. For example, in Russia, $1 a day will provide a hot lunch delivered to an elderly Jew possibly apartment bound, and sometimes their only hot meal of the day.

Board of Directors
The Federation is governed by a board of directors composed of not less than seven and not more than 18 community members. Included on the board are the offices of president, vice-president, secretary, and treasurer. Several committees assist in the operation of the Federation.
